Our tools are honest about being estimates. Here's exactly how far to trust them — and where a human (or our paid diagnostic) takes over.

01What these tools are

The Process Leak Scanner and the Quote Generator demo are free, self-serve tools meant to make the value of operations automation concrete. The Scanner estimates the annual cost of manual work from figures you provide. The Quote demo shows how an AI agent could read a request for quote and match it to a catalog. Both are designed to be credible and transparent — and deliberately simplified.

02The numbers are estimates, not guarantees

Every dollar figure these tools produce is an illustrative estimate built from assumptions and sample data. They are not a guarantee of savings, a binding price, or a professional opinion.

The Scanner uses industry-typical multipliers (loaded labor rate, error factors, automation potential) and shows results as ±20% ranges precisely because they are estimates.
The Quote demo runs on a fictional catalog (“Caribe Industrial Supply”) with made-up pricing rules. Outputs are not real quotes from anyone.
Your actual results depend on your specific processes, systems, data quality, and many factors no quick tool can capture.

03Not professional advice

Nothing produced by the tools or stated on this site is financial, accounting, legal, tax, engineering, or investment advice. Do not rely on tool output as the sole basis for any purchasing, pricing, staffing, or operational decision. Where decisions matter, verify the inputs and consult qualified professionals.

04AI limitations

The Quote demo uses a large language model to interpret free-text input. AI systems can misread, miss, or misclassify items, and can produce confident-sounding output that is wrong. The demo flags low-confidence matches and routes problem items for human review for exactly this reason — a person should always check AI output before it is used.

05Your responsibility

Treat tool output as a starting point for a conversation, not a deliverable.
Do not enter confidential, personal, or sensitive information into the demo tools.
Independently verify any figure before relying on it.

06Relationship to our other terms

This disclaimer supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Our paid diagnostic engagements replace these estimates with verified figures and are governed by a separate signed agreement.
