This Privacy Policy explains how Dram Build LLC d/b/a Tradewind Operations (“Tradewind Operations,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit tradewindoperations.com, use our free tools such as the Process Leak Scanner and the Quote Generator demo, or contact us about an engagement.

By using the site or tools, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact details — your email if you choose to unlock a full Leak Report, and anything you send us by email or when booking a call.
• Assessment inputs — the figures you enter into the Process Leak Scanner (volumes, minutes, headcount, wage bands). These are used to calculate your on-screen estimate.
• Demo inputs — text you paste into the Quote Generator demo to be matched against a sample catalog.

Information collected automatically

• Basic, privacy-respecting usage and performance data from our hosting provider (e.g. page requests, approximate region, aggregate analytics). We do not run advertising trackers.
• Small amounts of local browser storage used to run the tools (see our Cookie Notice).

03How we use information

• To operate the website and tools and to generate your estimate or demo output.
• To send you the report you requested and, where you've asked us to, to follow up about a diagnostic call.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the tools in aggregate.
• To comply with legal obligations.

04AI processing

The Quote Generator demo sends the text you submit to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to match it against a sample catalog. Do not paste confidential or personal information into the demo. We do not use your demo inputs to train models, and we instruct our provider not to use them to train theirs.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

06Retention

We keep contact details and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Tool inputs used only to produce an on-screen result are not retained on our servers beyond what is needed to generate the result.

07Security

We use reputable hosting, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email legal@tradewindops.com.

California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and you may exercise the access and deletion rights described above without discrimination.

09Children

Our site and tools are for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
