Plain terms for using our website and free tools. The short version: the tools are free, the numbers are estimates, and the formal stuff below protects both of us.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the website at tradewindoperations.com and the free tools we provide (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Dram Build LLC d/b/a Tradewind Operations (“Tradewind Operations,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
The Services include marketing information about our consultancy and free, self-serve tools — currently the Process Leak Scanner and the Quote Generator demo. The tools are provided for informational and illustrative purposes to help you understand where automation might help your operation.
Figures produced by our tools — including dollar ranges from the Process Leak Scanner and prices, totals, or matches from the Quote Generator demo — are illustrative estimates generated from assumptions and sample data. They are not professional, financial, engineering, or legal advice, and they are not a binding quote or a commitment by us or anyone else.

The Services, including text, design, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your internal business evaluation. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Services.
The website and tools are currently provided free of charge. Paid diagnostics, builds, and managed operations are quoted and contracted separately.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services or their output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dram Build LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the free Services. Our total aggregate liability arising from the free Services will not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dram Build LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute that is not subject to a separate signed agreement.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms; the effective date appears at the top of this page.
